The team publishes without depending on anyone
The content manager validates every page before publishing it. What used to require an agency is now done by the clinic's team, in both languages at once.
Healthcare·Dr. Óscar Cely
How Unidad Robótica Dental is replacing its website with a platform of its own where every page ships complete, bilingual and readable by Google and by AI assistants.
Dr. Óscar Cely runs Unidad Robótica Dental in Bogotá, a cosmetic and restorative dentistry clinic that sees patients from Colombia and the United States. Its growth strategy depends on being found: on Google and, increasingly, in the AI assistants that recommend whom to consult.
The site was a WordPress built with a visual page builder and a purchased template. The September 2026 audit found what usually turns up when nobody owns the code:
We are building a new site in our own code that is born with three pieces: the public pages in Spanish and English, a content manager so the clinic's team publishes without touching code, and a panel where the doctor follows his visibility month by month. The old site is neither fixed nor migrated: it is redirected page by page.
Some rules are non-negotiable: no prices on the site, no patient case without signed consent, no superlatives. Phase one covers home, clinic, the doctor, eight procedure pages, patients, contact and the veneers page, and goes live on October 23, 2026 with the domain switch and tested redirects. Visibility figures will come with the first months of the panel.
The content manager validates every page before publishing it. What used to require an agency is now done by the clinic's team, in both languages at once.
Titles, descriptions, ratings and clinic data come from a single source. No more separate versions for Google and for the page.
The recurring cost is hosting and forabi's support. No heavy template, no plugin to update, and tests keep the old site's mistakes from coming back.
The panel loads Google rankings and AI-assistant mentions each month. The doctor will know whether the strategy works from data, not from a feeling.
We audited the current site page by page and wrote the business documentation with the rules, the scope and the open items.
Twenty architecture decisions accepted with the doctor and the strategist: languages, content manager, hosting, domain, analytics, clinical authorship and what never gets published.
Bilingual content model, phase-one pages, single WhatsApp, analytics and structured data, redirect map and media migration without patient names.
The AI drafting platform and the consented patient cases switch on after launch, with the team already publishing.
One monthly fee covers the site, the content manager, the panel and keeping watch that nothing breaks.
